- Developers of residential buildings in Dumbo say they’re responsible for creating the super-hot neighborhood in the first place. Now, resigned to the “inevitability” of 65 buildings being landmarked, they called on the city Landmarks Preservation Commission Tuesday to pair the landmarking with a rezoning that could allow for high-rise residential development on other DUMBO properties. - A group is working to create a Ditmas Park community garden. Apparently, there is a "huge" piece of property on Marlborough and Albemarle Road; the woman who owns the property is willing to let the neighborhood transform it into a community garden/park. Meeting on November 11. Ditmas Park Blog
